Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, but they must be pre-arranged and confirmed. Late check-out and early check-in fees start at £100.

Yes, there is on-site parking for up to 3 small vehicles. Please park in the designated spaces only. Additional parking is available nearby.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is given. Unauthorised pets will incur a £250 cleaning fee, and guests may be asked to vacate. We allow up to 1 pet, per booking, and pet fees apply.
Can I have additional guests over during the day?
Day visitors are welcome for a £50 per person day pass. They must vacate the property by 10:00 PM.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the property is not fully wheelchair accessible due to multiple levels and steps. Please contact us for specific accessibility questions.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, we provide premium bed linens, towels, and beach towels. If you require additional towels, please contact the concierge.
Is there daily cleaning?
Yes, daily housekeeping is provided from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you need extra cleaning services, please contact us in advance. The guest may opt-out of the cleaning services, however, the booking fee will remain unchanged.
What do I do if something breaks or needs repair?
Please inform us immediately if any appliance or item is damaged or malfunctioning. We’ll arrange maintenance as soon as possible to minimise any inconvenience.
Can I smoke at the property?
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Smoking indoors will result in a £500 cleaning fee.
Do you provide Wi-Fi, and how do I connect?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password are provided in the welcome pack.
